By accessing or using BTYB (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
BTYB is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
We do not knowingly permit users under 13 to create accounts. Accounts found in violation may be terminated immediately.
You are responsible for:
BTYB may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, impersonation, abuse, or non-payment.
Uploaders retain ownership of their content.
By uploading content, you grant BTYB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, promote, and analyze your content for:
You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish the content.
Prohibited content includes:
BTYB may remove or restrict content at its sole discretion.
Uploaders are solely responsible for ensuring their advertisements comply with all applicable laws, including:
BTYB does not review or approve advertisements for legal compliance and assumes no responsibility for advertiser claims.

Your notice must include:
BTYB may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
BTYB facilitates traffic redirection only.
All purchases and transactions occur outside the Platform.
BTYB:
Users access external sites at their own risk.
All accounts default to the Free To Post Tier unless upgraded.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.
You authorize recurring monthly billing upon activation.
Uploaders are charged per verified click to their external link.
Users may set a monthly CTR spend cap within account settings.
If no cap is set, charges may accrue without limit based on traffic volume.
BTYB determines what qualifies as a verified click using internal fraud detection systems. All billing determinations are final.
A Boost is a 3-hour promotional highlight of an uploaded advertisement.
Boosts may be:
Included in subscription tiers
Purchased separately:
Boosts roll over month-to-month unless discontinued.
Boost placement and visibility are determined by BTYB’s internal systems.
Boosts do not guarantee impressions, clicks, or revenue.
By enabling monetization features, you authorize BTYB to:
Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in:
Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
All subscription fees, CTR charges, and Boost purchases are final and non-refundable.
No credits are issued for:
Users may communicate within the Platform.
BTYB may monitor, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms.
BTYB is not responsible for user-generated communications.
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
BTYB disclaims all warranties, including:
We do not guarantee advertising outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
BTYB’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BTYB during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
BTYB is not liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BTYB from any claims arising from:
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New Jersey.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
BTYB may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
Provisions regarding payment obligations, liability limitations, arbitration, and indemnification survive termination of your account.
BTYB may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
