This Privacy Policy explains how Brought To You By LLC (DBA: BTYB) (“BTYB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the BTYB mobile application (the “Platform”).

BTYB is a platform designed for businesses, creators, and users to upload and engage with commercial content.

By using BTYB, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

BTYB is intended for users aged 13 years or older.

14. Child Safety Standards & Prohibited Content (CSAE Policy)

Brought To You By LLC (DBA: BTYB) maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

A. Prohibited Content and Behavior

BTYB strictly prohibits any content or activity involving:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexualization of minors
• Child grooming or predatory behavior
• Sextortion involving minors
• Trafficking or exploitation of minors
• Any interaction or content intended to harm or exploit a child

This includes any uploads, messages, profiles, links, or external content.

B. Enforcement

If BTYB becomes aware of CSAE-related content:

• Content will be removed immediately
• Accounts may be permanently banned without notice
• We may preserve evidence as required by law
• We will report confirmed violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant authorities

C. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report content or behavior by:

• Using in-app reporting tools (where available)

D. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
